This Privacy Policy explains how ASI Computer Technologies, Inc. ("ASI Computer", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit asipartner.us (the "Site") or contact us about DJI products. We are located at 7277 Nelson Rd, Richmond, BC V6W 1G3, Canada. This policy is written to satisfy Canada's PIPEDA, British Columbia's PIPA, and applicable US state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

Inquiries and quotes. When you message us on WhatsApp, call, or email sales@asipartner.us (including via the contact form, which opens your own email or WhatsApp app), we receive the information you choose to send: name, company, phone number, email address, products of interest and message content.
Orders. If you place an order, we collect billing and shipping details, business identifiers (e.g. tax-exempt certificates) and payment confirmation. Card data is processed by our payment provider and is never stored on this Site.

Information collected automatically

Site analytics. We may use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand how the Site is used (pages viewed, device type, approximate location, referring campaign). These tools set cookies and collect IP addresses, which Google truncates or anonymises per its policies.
Advertising measurement. We may use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which advertisements lead to WhatsApp or email inquiries. This uses cookies and click identifiers (gclid). We do not use remarketing lists that reveal your identity to us.
Local storage. The Site stores a small value in your browser's local storage to route your WhatsApp conversation to the same salesperson for up to 30 days. It contains no personal information.
Server logs. The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and performance.

2. How we use information

To respond to quotes and questions and to fulfil orders, warranty claims and support requests.
To verify eligibility for reseller, government or education pricing.
To measure and improve the Site and our advertising.
To comply with legal obligations (tax, export and dangerous-goods shipping records).

We do not sell personal information. We do not send marketing email unless you ask to receive it, and you can opt out at any time.

3. Third parties

We share information only with service providers who need it to serve you: shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL), payment processors, DJI (for warranty registration and DJI Care activation when you request it), Google (analytics and ads measurement), Meta Platforms / WhatsApp (when you message us on WhatsApp — see WhatsApp's privacy policy) and Cloudflare (hosting). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

4. Cookies and choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To opt out of Google Analytics install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on; to manage Google ad personalisation visit adssettings.google.com. The Site works without cookies.

5. Retention

Quote correspondence is kept for up to 24 months; order, invoice and shipping records are kept for the period required by tax and export law (typically 7 years). Analytics data is retained per Google's default settings (14 months).

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold, to object to or restrict processing, and to receive a copy of your data. California residents may also request to know what categories of information we collect and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" (we do neither). To exercise any right, email sales@asipartner.us or write to 7277 Nelson Rd, Richmond, BC V6W 1G3, Canada. We respond within 30 days and never discriminate for exercising privacy rights.

7. Cross-border transfers

We are based in Canada and serve customers in the United States. Information may be processed in Canada, the United States and other countries where our providers operate, under safeguards required by applicable law.

8. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. Access to customer records is limited to staff who need it. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending payment card numbers by email or WhatsApp.

9. Children

The Site is intended for business buyers and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
